I’m sure you are aware that currently and going forward our pitches resemble the Somme, which in turn covers our little and large loved one in mud. Unfortunately that then transfers to the club house and moreover the chairs. Our cleaner Darlene is currently spending a lot of time (and money) removing mud etc on a weekly basis as we need CLEAN chairs to offer the club for the hire bookings we have in place.

At the bottom of the main stairs we have a big red and white sign saying NO KIT UPSTAIRS. Can we please make sure that our youth and mini players at least have a change of kit or a track suit on before they come upstairs. This is common place with senior players and Ladies so let’s try and move this down the age groups. It's your club, and I’m sure you would not let your siblings walk round at home with the muddy kit on.

Anyway, that’s my first beef of the year and hope it will be the last as your age groups are the future of the club and I will try as I have done to support all your efforts.
