✅ Respect & Discipline – We expect everyone to uphold the core values of the game and your club: Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship. This applies to interactions with match officials, opposition teams, and within our own squad.

✅ Sideline Conduct – How we conduct ourselves on the sidelines is as important as what happens on the pitch. Let’s ensure that all communication, whether with referees, players, or opposition coaches, remains professional, positive and constructive.

✅ Club Representation – Whether at home or away, in training or in matches, every coach, player, supporter represents the club. Our reputation is built on how we carry ourselves—let’s ensure we continue to set the highest standards.

✅ Player Engagement – We have a responsibility to guide and develop our players, not just in skill but in character. Positive reinforcement, clear communication, and setting expectations will contribute to a stronger player and club culture.
