Re-established in early 2020, we're now entering our 3rd exciting season. Having rekindled the passion for women's rugby after a hiatus, we're always on the lookout for new recruits to join our dedicated squad.

Our Mission & Philosophy:
At Folkestone Ladies, our mission is simple: to foster the future of women's sports. We believe in the values of hard work and determination, essential elements of the game. More importantly, we're committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment. We aim not only to play great rugby but also to embody the respect and sportsmanship that define this sport.

Captain: Tia Davey (recently promoted from under 18s)
Vice Captain: Maddy Harlow

Training and Matches:
Join us every Tuesday at 7pm for our training sessions. We're proud to compete in the National Challenge Level 3 League, showcasing the dedication and talent of our team on most Sundays.
